RQHY Container Wagon

New RQHY in PN livery Bob Gioia, Auscision Models Collection

These wagons are currently being delivered to Pacific National. They are identical to the 2^nd batch of CFCLA CQBY wagons. They have a skeletal deck, which is not flat but droops from the centre beam to the edges of the deck. They are fitted with 12 automatic twistlocks, which allow them to carry 3 x 20ft, 1 x 40ft and 1 x 20ft or 1 x 48ft container.

- 78 were built in 2005-06 and are numbered 7001-7078.

Length: 19.4m Tare: 19.7t Capacity: 72.3t Gross: 92t

Bogies: B-63, 3-piece low level CCSB bogie

Coding:

- They have only ever been coded RQHY

Colour Scheme:

- These wagons are painted PN blue with yellow outrigger edges. Bogies are black and the codeboard is black with white lettering.
