Modifications: Due to a design error by AN, 7007-7034 were built with a lighter strengthening bar along the top edge of the sides. From 2004, a heavier strengthening bar was fitted to these wagons and they were progressivly recoded RRZY to identify the strengthening. Later, due to in-service body cracking, the lower corners were plate strengthened. Wagons 7007-7034, 7044, 7049 and 7059 have been modified to RRZY standard.

Similar Vehicles: RRIY

Period of Service: 1995 - current

Operation: These wagons are used on PN Intermodal services Australia-wide on the standard gauge network.

Modelling:

BGM produced a HO scale kit of the wagon in original condition in 2003. They re-released the kit in the strengthened version in 2009.
