42 steel bodied LCH coal hoppers were fitted with roofs cement powder. The roof is made of sheet metal with a single hinged loading hatch. They have a payload capacity of 8.9m3.

 

10 Random Running Numbers: 563, 5909, 10162, 10550, 12478, 13603, 19303, 20214, 25840 and 26246.

Coding: Only coded RH

 

Colour Scheme: Painted in NSWR Gunmetal grey overall with white lettering and details. Painted in other liveries depending on customer serviced.

 

Similar Vehicles: Southern Portland Cement painted several in their own colours. It is unknown if they purchased the wagons off the NSWGR, but SPC did renumber the wagons.

 

Period of Service:

 

Operation: Used to convey cement powder from Portland and Berrima around the state.

 

Modelling: PLAN Although steel bodied, they could be converted from any LCH/CCH RTR model or kit.
