These wagons were constructed on rebuilt underframes from condemned passenger cars by Clyde Wagon Workshops. They could carry 4-6 cars depending on size.

 

Builders: CWW built 15 between 1957-58 and were numbered 15788-15802.

 

Length: 14.88, 15.2, 15.9m (varies depending on pass car used)       Tare: 21t                      Capacity: 10t                           Gross: 31t                                Equiv Length: 2.5

 

Bogies: Originally fitted with 2BT bogies.

 

Coding: Originally coded BKF, recoded NMFF after 1979.

 

Colour Scheme: Only painted in standard gunmetal grey livery.

 

Further Modifications: Originally they were open framed, but in 1963 the lower deck was enclosed with sheeting.

 

Period of Service: 1958 - ?

 

Operation: Used to transport new cars from Victoria to Enfield Yd.

 

Modelling: PLAN – Has to be scratchbuilt.
